“You’re Fired” These might be the most dreaded words in the corporate world. So why would you design an entire team building event around them? Because with our take off of the popular television show, this team building event is truly about playing the game and not so much about getting fired or keeping your job. It really is more about getting your team or organization “fired-up”!! Our event begins with our own “Donald Trump” meeting with your players and laying down the rules. The team that can best meet the challenges laid out for them will win and receive something special that will be presented to them by Mr. Trump himself. (The prize can be determined by you and your budget or plans.) We divide the players into teams, or we can work with pre-determined groups. Once in their teams, they will pick a team captain and Donald will assign the tasks. These must be all completed before a set time. This might mean working as one large group, or perhaps, several smaller groups at the same time. The challenges that your group will participate can either be a little physically challenging, while others are designed to task you mentally. But all of them are fun and exciting. The tests will be chosen by you and your company and will be tailored to your event. This new event has the added attraction of being an event that can be ski based for the winter months which can incorporate a great half or full day on the famous slopes of Colorado for your “boardroom” The program will be set on the snow slopes or can include non ski events in different locations for team members that do not ski. Of course during the wonderful summer season, a great outdoor setting is used for the program or we can accommodate the program in any of the great ballrooms and conference areas of any resort This is a great team building experience and a unique way to experience the beauty of our mountains, while having a fun filled remarkable event. There is nothing quite as memorable as coming to Colorado, enjoying the hospitality of our people, and getting FIRED. |
